This is a GREAT shop with very knowledgeable people! Went above and beyond with I wanted done, definitely recommend! I got my car side swiped while in Denver and I needed help, fast. This shop popped up on my google search when I searched “best auto body shops near me” and I sent a message out to the owner. From there, it was a smooth process and he communicated with me through everything he would do and the best part? An absolute DEAL! I didn’t break my pockets with this as I would have with any other shop. In the end, I got what I wanted and MORE, they fixed my broken driver side mirror, my old hood, buffered out some starched and even changed my battery! And those weren’t even involved in the accident so… Come see Greg and his team to see yourself how awesome this shop is!

Incredible body work. Insurance wanted to total my car, but Greg advocated for me and was able to not only save my car, but made it look and drive like new again. Greg went above and beyond, and I cannot recommend this shop highly enough if you are in need of body work!

I brought my 2023 RAV4 to Greg after discovering some rear body damage that needed proper repair. During teardown, additional issues from a prior repair done before I owned the vehicle were uncovered, including damaged mounting/fitment components that weren’t visible externally. Greg kept me updated throughout the process with photos and explanations instead of just springing extra costs on me at the end. The repair ultimately became more involved than originally expected, but the reasoning behind the additional work made sense once the vehicle was opened up. The turnaround was longer than I initially hoped (about 9 days total), but the final result looks significantly better than the condition the vehicle was previously in. Panel fitment, trim alignment, and overall finish all appear much more correct now. Not the cheapest experience overall by the end, but I do feel like the vehicle was repaired properly rather than cosmetically patched together. If you care about fitment/details and want direct communication during the repair process, I’d recommend checking Greg out.

My 2024 Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Edition had a dent on the driver’s side door, and after calling around to multiple auto body shops, I was shocked at how high the quotes were just to fix one dent. Because the car is very expensive, a lot of shops tried to overcharge just because of the model, which was really frustrating. I was also hesitant to hand it over to just anyone—this is a high-performance vehicle, and I was worried some shops might not be careful or could make things worse. But Gregory immediately put me at ease. He treated my car with great care and professionalism, explaining everything clearly and keeping me updated every step of the way. Not only did he beat every other price, but he also finished the job in just two days, and the result was incredible—you can’t even tell there was ever a dent. The door looks absolutely brand new. It’s rare to find someone who delivers quality work, fair pricing, and genuine honesty, but Gregory does all three. I highly recommend Novair LLC to anyone who needs body work done, especially if you have a higher-end or performance car—you won’t be disappointed!
